All images shall be paid for by the Customer before delivery.
Customers can expect delivery of the images within 2 weeks of payment.
Property of the images shall remain with X-POZD.com Photography and shall only pass to the Customer upon the payment of the purchase price in full.
Customers shall have notified X-POZD.com Photography within a two week period if upon presentation the images are unsatisfactory. Images must be returned at customers expense for a full refund of the purchase price.
Shipping will be registered mail with Australia Post. If a carrier is preferred please notify X-POZD.com Photography and one will be organized at the customers expense.
